Since the first week of the new year 2024, the mental health of American people has deteriorated a lot. This fast-paced life has had a very bad effect on the minds of its people. Most of the young boys and girls have become victims of depression. The level of mental health in America is very low. Mental health issues are increasing in America.The biggest problem among these is anxiety disorder.

What is Anxiety Disorder

When some worry makes a permanent place in your mind, it is called anxiety disorder. Actually, worry affects your mental health. We all worry about one thing or the other, which worsens our mental health, but worrying again and again increases mental illness.
It is not that there is no cure for this mental illness, we can get rid of this mental disorder.

Symptoms of Mental illness and Anxiety disorder

  • Fear and restlessness,
  • nervousness,
  • sleeplessness,
  • tingling in hands and feet,
  • constant thinking about some problem.

The main causes of mental illness and anxiety disorders in America are

 

  • Genetics.

The problem of anxiety can also be genetic, like if a family member has it, then you can also become.

  • Jobloss fear 

Many people lost their jobs in 2023 due to the use of A.I & CHATGPT. Due to which many people have become unemployed in America and this has had a bad effect on their mind.

  • Drug addiction   has increased a lot in the last few years in America due to which the mental health of the people of America has deteriorated.

Solution of Mental Health Crisis:

  •   understand your problem well and try to find its solution quickly.
  • Share your problem with your friends and family members and spend as much time as possible with them.
  • Do not consume drugs at all.
  • Go share your time with your friends.
  • Do yoga for at least 40 minutes and meditation for 45 minutes so that your mind is fresh.
